Where is my package?
Remember it takes some time. We pack continuously, but your order is sent from Norway every Friday. We send with PostNord – we are working on to find out how the communication will be between PostNord and you. A tracking code or link is expected by the carrier. If you have any questions please contact us.

I received a defective item, what should I do?
If your package has been damaged during shipping, we kindly ask you to send us an email with pictures of the outer and inner packaging, as well as the damage to the item. Remeber to tell the carrier if the damage is visible before signing.

If you believe the product was damaged before delivery, please send an email to customer service with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the problem. Our customer service will assess the situation and work with you to find a solution.

I have returned the item but haven’t received a refund yet.
We are doing our best to process returns as quickly as possible, but during high season, it may take up to 14 days. We kindly ask you to wait a little longer before contacting us again. A refund will be issued to the same account you used for the purchase.

How is my warranty claim progressing?
We are working as quickly as possible, but at times our customer service department experiences high volumes. All inquiries are processed in the order they are received. If something is urgent, feel free to give us a call.

Can I add something to my order/combine orders?Can you cancel my order?
If you call us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to update or cancel it. Once the order is registered and processing has begun, we cannot stop it. In such cases, you can use the right of withdrawal. If you have multiple orders, please mention it in the comment section, and we will try to combine them.

How quickly will my package be delivered?
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks. Orders are shipped daily from Norway. We use PostNord as a carrier.

The delivery time is not completely clarified. The order will be sent from Norway every Friday. The rest of the transmission time to your destination depends on delivery time in your country. We use PostNord as a carrier.

Free shipping on orders over a particular amount.

If you regret your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase according to the right of withdrawal law. Read more in Sandviks Salgsbetingelser

It is 14-day right of exchange according to current regulations.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
