Our terms of sale
Personal data
We do not store any customer information other than what is necessary to send out goods. We also do not resell such information. When paying by credit card, a secure external solution is used, which means that we never come into contact with card numbers or banking information ourselves, and therefore, no one can retrieve such information from us.
Payment
When paying with VISA or MasterCard, the amount will be reserved on your account. Only when the item is shipped, the amount will be deducted from your account.
Complaints
In case of a complaint, we ask you to send us a picture of the defect via email to post@lilleba.no, and we will send you a new item free of charge. If it is easier for you, we also accept pictures through the inbox on our Facebook page or as MMS to phone number 0047 47 60 52 66.
Right of withdrawal and returns
When purchasing goods online, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days. To save the environment, we send the withdrawal form along with the order confirmation by email. You can also download it here (Withdrawal Form). If you wish to return items to us, it is important that you fill out the withdrawal form and ensure proper packaging. If you do not have a printer, you are welcome to return the item along with the packing slip you received in the shipment. Write on it what you want to happen with the return item.
The item should be returned to: Lilleba & Herremann AS, PB 366, 4068 Stavanger.
EXCHANGE ITEM: We will cover the shipping cost for the new item if you wish to exchange it for another item.
MONEY BACK: We will refund the money to the card you paid with.
When returning ordered items, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage as per § 15. Implementation of the right of withdrawal for agreements concluded through means of distance sales other than telephone sales (Consumer Contracts Act). According to the same act, the right to return goods is forfeited if the item has been used or otherwise impaired and is no longer in a saleable condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Items being returned should not be sent cash on delivery to us.
Prices
All prices are stated in Euro. We reserve the right to change prices in connection with devaluation, currency fluctuations, or changes in VAT. We also reserve the right for any errors in the price due to website errors. Prices may be changed without notice in the circumstances stated here.
